Specifically,

On selling a non-condominium home, she will credit back 1% of the fee when it is six percent.

On buying a home, she will credit back one half per cent when MacCochran Group, L.L.C. receives three per cent from another Broker.   If MacCochran Group, L.L.C. is paid less than three per cent,   there will be an adjusted, lesser credit.
